New Year. New Denim. New Icon.

BARBARA PALVIN
× NYD 2026

About us

Born in New York.
Worn everywhere.

NYD Jeans was founded in 1984 by brothers Nisso, Yosi and David in New York City — built on the belief that denim should feel young, sexy and unmistakably hip. What started as a Latin American and Mexican market favorite has grown into a global denim culture brand, driven by fearless, fashion-forward design.

Every year, NYD partners with a powerful, inspiring voice to front a new collection. For 2026, we’re proud to introduce our Collection Collab with the gorgeous Barbara Palvin. With a sharp eye for creative direction and high-level production, our goal has always been the same: create impactful, provocative imagery that inspires women everywhere to wear their confidence.

The Visuals

Inside the campaign

A first look at the campaign featuring Barbara Palvin × NYD Jeans 2026 collab.

The Face of the Campaign

Barbara Palvin

Barbara Palvin’s career runs from a Prada runway debut at Milan Fashion Week through campaigns for Armani, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel, plus a longtime role as the face of L’Oréal Paris. In 2019, she became the first Hungarian Victoria’s Secret Angel — a goal she’d pursued for over a decade before it finally landed.

What makes her the right face for NYD Jeans isn’t just the résumé — it’s how she’s carried it. She’s spoken openly about resisting pressure to change her body for the industry and about building ventures on her own terms, from a shoe line to acting credits. She has the polish of a decade at the top of fashion without losing her directness — and that’s the same tension NYD Jeans is built on: elevated, considered denim that never feels forced or overworked. Palvin doesn’t just wear the brand; she embodies its whole premise, credibility paired with zero pretense, which is exactly the energy a brand borrows when it puts her name on a campaign.

Creative Direction + Production

DC&CO Studios

Danny Cardozo leads DC&CO Studios, the creative direction house behind the visual language of the Barbara Palvin x NYD Jeans 2026 Collection Collab. As creative director, Danny shapes how the collection is seen — translating NYD’s designs into a cohesive story told through photography, branding, and motion.

Through DC&CO Studios, Danny has built a reputation as a visual storyteller, bringing a bold, confident point of view rooted in authenticity to every project. His work with NYD Jeans reflects that same philosophy — imagery that doesn’t just showcase denim, but captures a feeling.

As co-creator and creative director of the 2026 campaign, Danny Cardozo invites you to see NYD Jeans through a new lens — where every frame tells a story.

The Co-Creator

About Lina Rodriguez

Lina Rodriguez brings 18 years of experience across fashion and music. She started in runway, editorial, and commercial fashion before touring with global pop artists, where her custom design work shaped iconic looks for tours and music videos. Now an image consultant, her eye for detail remains at the core of her work — and inspired her latest venture: NYD Jeans.

Her vision for the collection weaves in signature details like brooches and patchwork, drawing on 80s nostalgia to build a cohesive, story-driven denim line that blends timeless appeal with contemporary style — turning each piece into a canvas for personal expression.

Through NYD Jeans, Lina invites you into fashion that tells a story, where every detail adds to the individuality of each piece.
